Lovley hotel great location well worth a visit
Staff very helpful and pleasant. Lovley location: Great spa and gym facilities. Food was to a good standard and menu good. Room warm clean and nicely presented-excellent for us as dog friendly and our little dachshund was made very welcome!
the weather unfortunately was poor which was a shame as has lovley groiunds but will return in the future!

Very Good
The staff were lovely - so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us and a really beautiful setting by the river. We watched salmon leaping. The swimming pool was a bonus and lovely and warm. The breakfast was plentiful and good quality. A great base for exploring the wall
Nothing, really. Perhaps there were a few things that weren't 100% perfect - our room had a cracked sink, that had been mended and the toilet handle was a bit wobbly, but just little niggles. It didn't spoil our holiday and it was hardly worth mentioning.

Pleasant
Loved the views and fresh pizza was lovely. The spa was nice but the changing rooms was absolutely shocking .
The spa changing rooms are absolutely shocking leaks in the ceiling with no bucket or wet floor sings also no lockers I tried worked so had to take my handbag into the pool area. Also cleaner on the morning knocked once dident give us a change 2 even get out of bed and walked in on us! We had a takeaway the night before and the box etc was on the side we heard her slagging us off saying the room was trashed I can assure you the room was left how we found it! We were in bed still so was obviously going 2 move our rubbish on leaving like we did. Also was so cold they turn the heating off in the room every night and don't switch it back on untill around 2.30pm the next day! Baring in Monday how cold it is even the sheets were freezing when getting into bed! The lighting is also terrible and had to go into the bathroom to do make-up. It also stated breakfast included with I have a screen shot of and they charged me £20 for breakfast baring in mind that wasn't up 2 much and just say warm! These are the pictures of how we left the room etc so 2 be slagged off I was absolutely modified she had no right just 2 walk in anyway! Then go bad mouthing us dident realise we opened the door 2 look who walked in our room and that's he we heard them saying bad stuff about us. Very unprofessional!
